Have a Wonderful Summer

It's hard to believe it is over!  I am sad, but happy that my little guys and gals will be big first graders in the fall.

I will be looking for them on the first day at the first grade door (in the back). Have a great summer.

Missing in Action!

I'm sorry that I have not posted in ages, but this time of year Kindergarten is SO busy. On the classroom photos page you will be able to see some pictures of the tidepool day. By now, I hope you have marked down the date of the Kindergarten Celebration- June 11 at 9:30 AM.

I also want to thank everyone for all of the beautiful flowers during teacher appreciation week. Here are my two vases full!

Tomorrow is the zoo rain or shine.... I will put some pictures up from that trip!

The Three Piggy Opera

What a great success it was today! The kids worked really hard at making sets, costumes and practicing songs to make it all come together. We hoped you enjoyed seeing it as much as we enjoyed putting it on for you. Here are some shots from the practice and today's show.

April is Autism Awareness Month

The Leprechaun

Well, another year that we did not catch that silly leprechaun! He did however, leave some things behind such as his pants and hat. He also left footprints around our room. Our leprechaun friends also disappeared- we think they may have left with Larry the Leprechaun. Here are some pictures of what the kids found.

It was great to see everyone for conferences yesterday. I hope you got a chance to look at your child's work and are as impressed as I am. We set a trap for the leprechaun today in hopes of catching him over the weekend. We will have to wait to see on Monday what happens. Here is what our trap looks like.
