Happy New Year- 2014

I can't believe it is 2014 already.  I feel like it was just 1999 and we were all worried about the millennium. Maybe because Sydney, my daughter, will be turning 14 in a few weeks and I might be in a little denial!

It was my intention to update the blog over vacation, then of course I couldn't find the camera. I thought I had left it in school, however I found it in a school bag this weekend. So, I will put up some pictures probably not in order from December.

My resolution is to be better at this in 2014!

We have a great surprise yesterday when our sponsors from the coach company came to visit! They even brought us cupcakes- they were very yummy. It was great to meet them, if you are ever in the mall be sure to stop in and say hello and that you are from our classroom.

50 Day Fun!

We checked out a real record player and record today!

As I told people today- You can take the girl out of Kindergarten but you can't take Kindergarten out of the girl.  If you didn't see me, you missed it!  I did leave the poodle skirt home, but I grew my hair last night and put on the rest of my 50th day gear.  I even had some kids come dressed for the day!  At the end, my hair wound up on someone else.  She sported it much better than me!
